Did you have any problems decoding this? Because I did. This is missing start and stop codons, so when you decode, you don't know where to start. If you noticed this, it should have been part of your comment. Below, I have the straight decode following the transcription/translation rules. Essentially, since there is no start/stop codon, you decode from beginning to end.
Below that is me "guessing" where to start the decode, and I came up with the same decode you did, but an decoding enzyme wouldn't be able to do this, which was the point of the assignment, to understand how this process really works in a human body.
